- Pro: $19/month or $149/year — unlock all features for professional events
- Enterprise: contact sales for custom pricing and dedicated support
Upgrading
To upgrade your plan, select the plan you want from the upgrade prompt. You will be redirected to Stripe checkout to complete payment. Your new features are available immediately after payment.
Downgrading
If you downgrade to a lower tier, features exclusive to the higher tier become unavailable. Your existing data is preserved but feature-gated — for example, you will not lose your audit log entries, but you will not be able to view or add to the log on the Free plan.
Note: Exceeding limits does not delete your data. You simply cannot create new items (rooms, timers, messages, etc.) until you are back within your plan's limits.
