StageTick ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at stagetick.io and the web application at app.stagetick.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Data Controller

2. Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website and application. GA4 is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

What data is collected: GA4 collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time spent, and navigation paths. It sets cookies on your device (see the Cookie Policy for the full list).

Cross-domain measurement: We use a single GA4 property that covers both stagetick.io and app.stagetick.io. This means that if you navigate from the marketing website into the app, your session is tracked as a continuous visit. The GA4 cross-domain linker handles this automatically.

Data retention: GA4 event data is retained for 14 months by default in the Google Analytics property. Aggregated reports are retained indefinitely.

Data transfer: Data may be transferred to Google's servers in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection.

Legal basis: We process analytics data based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via the consent banner.

Your right to reject: You can reject analytics cookies at any time by using the consent banner — click the "Settings" link in the banner to manage your preferences. You can also withdraw consent at any time by revisiting your cookie settings via the link in the footer.

3. Cookies

4. Account Data

When you create an account on app.stagetick.io, we store your email address and any display name you provide. This data is required to operate the service and is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), which is subject to Google's data protection policies.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your personal data.
