Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 rooms, 6 timers per room, and 5 connections — permanently. No credit card required, no trial period.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you downgrade, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What counts as a "connection"?
Each open browser tab connected to your room counts as one connection. If one person has two tabs open, that is two connections.
Who needs an account?
The room owner, moderators, and operators need an account and must be logged in. Viewers and fullscreen viewers can join via the shared URL without signing up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. The Pro plan is $19/month billed monthly, or $149/year billed annually — saving you over 34%.
